Microsoft launches Game Hubs for Xbox Insiders on PC

You might have already noticed the new game hubs feature if you're an Xbox Insider. Now available for Insiders on PC, game hubs were designed to offer gamers a more advanced, interactive, and engaging experience. With game hubs, you can keep track of your in-game progress, discover new content and add-ons, connect with your friends, receive updates from developers, and much more.

The Xbox App for PC gives you easy access to game hubs by simply clicking on a game in your library or the left sidebar. Once there, you'll find all the information you need about the game. Everything is just a few clicks away, from basic information on how to play, install, or update the game to alerts about discounts and available updates. You can also find add-ons and new content relevant to your game, along with the price and a buy link.

The game hub also offers a convenient way to connect with your friends. You can compare your progress, view profiles, see who's in-game, and even send party invites. The accomplishments area is also a useful feature that allows you to track your total achievement and Gamerscore progress, any hero stats you've collected, and your next nearest achievement unlock.

If you're looking for add-ons or extra content, game hubs also have you covered. You can explore all the available and owned add-ons from the game portal. And for those looking to know how long it takes to beat the game, the game hub has a feature that allows you to compare your playtime to community-sourced completion statistics using HowLongToBeat data.

Finally, game hubs keep you up-to-date with the latest updates, announcements, tips, and techniques from the game's creators. You can always find out the most recent news about your favourite games straight from the teams that created them. If you're enrolled in the PC Gaming preview, you should have a quest on the Xbox Insider Hub until March 9th.

According to Xbox, the game hub feature is just the beginning. More improvements will be released soon, including features that allow you to view your local game captures and browse other titles from the same publisher.

KitGuru Games: Predicting the Next Half a Decade of Call of Duty Releases

Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790) famously once said: “The three absolutes in life are death, taxes and a new Call of Duty coming out every single year”. Sure enough, the US founding father has yet to be proven wrong, with Activision and a dozen studios having ensured that come the tail-end of any given year, there will be a new COD ready to release. And so, what can we expect from the franchise later this year? What about 2027, 2028 or even 2030? By looking back at the past two decades of Call of Duty games, their trends, progression and regression, I believe I can predict the next 5 years worth of annual COD entries.
