Microsoft unveils huge Xbox Game Pass line-up for September

The first batch of Game Pass titles for September have been announced. Obviously, Bethesda's Starfield is the big headliner here, but Microsoft has other big games coming up too, including Lies of P.

Starfield is already available in early access if you purchase the game's premium edition but for everyone else, the game unlocks tomorrow on the 6th of September. As you would expect from a first-party game, it will be available day-one on Game Pass.

Here's the full list of games hitting Game Pass over the next couple of weeks, including dates and platforms:

  • Gris (Cloud, Console and PC) – Available today
  • Starfield (Cloud, Console and PC) – September 6th
  • Solar Ash (Cloud, Console and PC) – September 14th
  • Lies of P (Cloud, Console and PC) – September 19th

There will be another round of Game Pass titles arriving in the second half of the month. August brought along a few surprises too, with Age of Empires 4: Anniversary Edition launching for Xbox consoles and on Game Pass, as well as Humankind, another historical strategy game.

KitGuru Games: Predicting the Next Half a Decade of Call of Duty Releases

Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790) famously once said: “The three absolutes in life are death, taxes and a new Call of Duty coming out every single year”. Sure enough, the US founding father has yet to be proven wrong, with Activision and a dozen studios having ensured that come the tail-end of any given year, there will be a new COD ready to release. And so, what can we expect from the franchise later this year? What about 2027, 2028 or even 2030? By looking back at the past two decades of Call of Duty games, their trends, progression and regression, I believe I can predict the next 5 years worth of annual COD entries.
