Limited Edition AMD Starfield hardware bundle lands on eBay

At QuakeCon earlier this month, AMD gave away 500 limited edition bundles containing a custom Starfield Edition RX 7900 XTX graphics card and a Ryzen 7 7800X3D processor with limited edition Starfield packaging. Now, the first of these bundles has appeared on eBay and it is already fetching a high price.

As spotted by videocardz, a seller on eBay has listed the AMD Starfield hardware bundle, containing both limited edition products. At the time of writing, the listing has fetched 26 bids, indicating that people are indeed very interested in getting their hands on this. Currently, the highest bid sits at just over $2000 and with six days left on the listing, it will likely climb much higher.

This isn't a scalper listing looking for a big payday though, but rather a fundraiser for charity. The listing is raising money for Mental Drive Inc, a non-profit org looking to raise awareness around mental health issues and provide support.

If you are outside of the US then be aware that while you can bid on the listing, there will likely be extra shipping and customs fees. We'll keep an eye on the listing and see what price it eventually fetches.

KitGuru Says: This is a 1 of 500 item, so we'd expect the price to keep climbing over the next week.

KitGuru Games: Predicting the Next Half a Decade of Call of Duty Releases

Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790) famously once said: “The three absolutes in life are death, taxes and a new Call of Duty coming out every single year”. Sure enough, the US founding father has yet to be proven wrong, with Activision and a dozen studios having ensured that come the tail-end of any given year, there will be a new COD ready to release. And so, what can we expect from the franchise later this year? What about 2027, 2028 or even 2030? By looking back at the past two decades of Call of Duty games, their trends, progression and regression, I believe I can predict the next 5 years worth of annual COD entries.
