Armored Core 6 minimum PC system requirements announced

From Software's next big game is coming up shortly. Armored Core VI: Fires of Rubicon is scheduled to launch later this month, acting as a break from the Souls-style games we typically enjoy from this studio. With the release date just weeks away, the game's minimum PC system requirements have now been announced.

We don't have the full set of system requirements yet, as From Software has not released the Recommended spec. However, we do know that to run the game at minimum, you'll need an Intel Core i5-8600K or AMD Ryzen 3 3300X processor, 12GB of RAM and a GTX 960, Radeon RX 480 or Arc A380 graphics card. The game will require 65GB of storage space to install.

This news follows on from last month's big Armored Core 6 gameplay reveal. From Software released roughly 13 minutes of direct gameplay footage to YouTube, giving us a look at one of the game's main missions, combat mechanics, mech traversal and environment art.

Armored Core VI: Fires of Rubicon will release on PC, Xbox and PlayStation on the 24th of August.

KitGuru Games: Predicting the Next Half a Decade of Call of Duty Releases

Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790) famously once said: “The three absolutes in life are death, taxes and a new Call of Duty coming out every single year”. Sure enough, the US founding father has yet to be proven wrong, with Activision and a dozen studios having ensured that come the tail-end of any given year, there will be a new COD ready to release. And so, what can we expect from the franchise later this year? What about 2027, 2028 or even 2030? By looking back at the past two decades of Call of Duty games, their trends, progression and regression, I believe I can predict the next 5 years worth of annual COD entries.
