Corsair quietly launches wood case panels

Usually when deciding on front panels, we're thinking about tempered glass for aesthetics or a mesh panel for airflow. Corsair is now offering an option for those looking for something a bit different – wooden case panels.

Corsair is now offering wood panels, which can slot in for the top-panel or the front-panel of any 4000 series or 5000 series case. The wooden panels are still perforated, so you'll get good airflow through your system and it will stand out from the crowd by replacing the plain plastic or glass pieces with something a little more sophisticated.

There are two different panels, one for 4000 series cases (including the 4000X RGB) and one for 5000 series cases (including the 5000X RGB). The 4000 series wood panel is a little cheaper, coming in at £49.99, while the 5000 series panel costs £69.99.

No matter which version, you can choose between three wood styles, including Teak, Bamboo and Sapele.

If you want to see Leo's review of the Fractal Design North, with similar wood panels, you can find that HERE.
