Armored Core 6 gets gameplay trailer and August release date

In recent weeks we've seen plenty of leaks around Armored Core VI: Fires of Rubicon. As this is From Software's next major game, there is a lot of excitement around its release. Recent leaks claimed an August release date for the game and today, FromSoft has made that official with a new trailer.

A three-minute long gameplay trailer dropped today, giving us a good look at the game:

From Software has primarily focused on fantasy settings with its games over the last decade, so the switch to Sci-Fi and mechas is refreshing. The game will be third-person, with gunplay and melee combat.

Armored Core VI: Fires of Rubicon will release on PC, Xbox and PlayStation on the 25th of August.
