We will get a new look at S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 at GDC this month

It has been a while since we last had an update on Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl but that is set to change soon. The GDC 2023 schedule is starting to be unveiled, and Stalker 2 will indeed make an appearance.

As spotted by TechPowerUp, Nvidia is holding a session at GDC later this month with GSC Game World's Anton Riabchuk, a 3D animator. The session will include an exclusive look at the game.

As it seems, GSC Game World has partnered with Nvidia over the course of development and utilised Omniverse tools like the Audio2Face AI SDK. Given this partnership, we may end up seeing features like DLSS implemented into the game.

S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl is set to launch on PC and Xbox Series X/S sometime this year, but an exact date has not yet been announced.

KitGuru Says: It'll be nice to get a new look at this game, even if it does end up being very tech-specific. Hopefully later this summer we can get a confirmed release date for the game too.

KitGuru Games: Predicting the Next Half a Decade of Call of Duty Releases

Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790) famously once said: “The three absolutes in life are death, taxes and a new Call of Duty coming out every single year”. Sure enough, the US founding father has yet to be proven wrong, with Activision and a dozen studios having ensured that come the tail-end of any given year, there will be a new COD ready to release. And so, what can we expect from the franchise later this year? What about 2027, 2028 or even 2030? By looking back at the past two decades of Call of Duty games, their trends, progression and regression, I believe I can predict the next 5 years worth of annual COD entries.
