Super Nintendo World in Hollywood opens February 2023

In February 2021, Super Nintendo World opened in Japan – being the first Nintendo-themed park to do so. That being said, more parks are on their way and we now know when, as it has been officially announced that Super Nintendo World Hollywood  will open in February 2023.

As reported by Deadline, Super Nintendo World will be officially opening in Universal Studios Hollywood on the 17th of February 2023 – almost exactly two years after the opening in Japan.

We have yet to see any footage of the park, however if the Japanese Super Nintendo World is anything to go by it will be richly detailed from top to bottom with countless Nintendo references.

The console manufacturer seems to be going all-in with these parks, as we already know of multiple others on the way, including Super Nintendo World Orlando and Singapore.

So far, no European parks have been announced, though considering the success of the Japanese theme park and the perceived bullishness of Nintendo with this project, hopefully an announcement for Super Nintendo World UK is on its way any day now.

KitGuru Games: Predicting the Next Half a Decade of Call of Duty Releases

Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790) famously once said: “The three absolutes in life are death, taxes and a new Call of Duty coming out every single year”. Sure enough, the US founding father has yet to be proven wrong, with Activision and a dozen studios having ensured that come the tail-end of any given year, there will be a new COD ready to release. And so, what can we expect from the franchise later this year? What about 2027, 2028 or even 2030? By looking back at the past two decades of Call of Duty games, their trends, progression and regression, I believe I can predict the next 5 years worth of annual COD entries.
