Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy and nine other titles join Game Pass

Microsoft has announced the next wave of titles coming to Xbox Game Pass, headlined by Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy, which arrives as a day‑one release later this month. A number of other new titles will also be joining the library across console, PC and cloud.

Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy follows Sophia as she journeys to the Minotaur’s Island. In this new Plague Tale adventure, players will explore treacherous environments, solve puzzles and face deadly encounters while staying one step ahead of the army hunting you. Unfortunately for console-only players, Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy will only be available to Game Pass Ultimate subscribers, as Game Pass Premium no longer includes access to major day-one releases. PC Game Pass subscribers will get access though.

Here is the full list of titles joining Game Pass over the next couple of weeks, along with supported platforms and dates:

• Vapor World: Over the Mind (Game Preview) (Cloud, Console, PC) – August 19
• BlazBlue Entropy Effect X (Cloud, XBOX Series X|S, PC) – August 19
• Relooted (Cloud, XBOX Series X|S, PC) – August 19
• Starsand Island (Cloud, XBOX Series X|S, PC) – August 20
• Aerial_Knight’s DropShot (Cloud, XBOX Series X|S, Handheld, PC) – August 25
• Blood Dungeon (Cloud, XBOX Series X|S, PC) – August 25
• Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy (Cloud, XBOX Series X|S, Handheld, PC) – August 27
• Young Suns (Cloud, Console, PC) – August 31
• Shelldiver (Cloud, Console, PC) – September 1

The following games will leave the Game Pass library on August 31st:

• Another Crab’s Treasure (Cloud, Console, PC)
• I Am Your Beast (Cloud, Console, PC)
• Neon Abyss (Cloud, Console, PC)
• One Lonely Outpost (Cloud, Console, PC)
• The Witcher 3: The Wild Hunt (Cloud, Console)
