Nintendo Direct Mini goes live tomorrow focusing on ‘partner’ games

We've been hearing for a couple of weeks now that Nintendo is planning another Direct before the end of June. As it turns out, the rumours were right, as Nintendo has announced a new Direct taking place tomorrow.

The Nintendo Direct Mini will be roughly 25 minutes long and as previously rumoured, it will focus on ‘partner' games. With that in mind, don't expect any news about Nintendo's first-party projects.

While we won't be getting any news about major first-party titles coming from Nintendo, we should get news about major third-party games coming to Switch. For instance, Persona 5 Royal is expected to finally be announced for the Nintendo Switch.

Ubisoft's Mario + Rabbids: Sparks of Hope should also make an appearance, as reports claim that the publisher recently held an event to show press and influencers an early look at the game before the big reveal.

KitGuru Games: Predicting the Next Half a Decade of Call of Duty Releases

Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790) famously once said: “The three absolutes in life are death, taxes and a new Call of Duty coming out every single year”. Sure enough, the US founding father has yet to be proven wrong, with Activision and a dozen studios having ensured that come the tail-end of any given year, there will be a new COD ready to release. And so, what can we expect from the franchise later this year? What about 2027, 2028 or even 2030? By looking back at the past two decades of Call of Duty games, their trends, progression and regression, I believe I can predict the next 5 years worth of annual COD entries.
