CD Projekt Red warns against uploading Cyberpunk 2077 gameplay videos early

At this point, we're already aware that Cyberpunk 2077 has leaked, thanks to early PS4 copies making their way into the hands of players. CD Projekt Red didn't comment on the initial PS4 version leak when it happened, but now, the studio is warning people against streaming the game early.

We are just one week away from Cyberpunk 2077's release, which means there is a good chance that some more copies will be sold or obtained early. If you do get hold of the game early though, CD Projekt Red warns against streaming or uploading video content, as they will have those videos taken down.

“We're getting closer and closer to launch and chances are some of you will get your hands on a copy of Cyberpunk 2077 before release day. However difficult this might be for us to achieve, our ambition is for gamers all across the world to have the same spoiler free experience at the time the game releases.”

The embargo for streaming or posting gameplay videos for Cyberpunk 2077 is December 9th at 12PM CET. Anything uploaded before that will likely get a DMCA complaint. Cyberpunk 2077 officially releases on the 10th of December worldwide.

KitGuru Says: There's bound to be a few lucky people getting hold of Cyberpunk 2077 early, but hopefully that won't result in any major spoilers ahead of release. Are many of you planning on playing Cyberpunk 2077 when it comes out next week?

KitGuru Games: Predicting the Next Half a Decade of Call of Duty Releases

Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790) famously once said: “The three absolutes in life are death, taxes and a new Call of Duty coming out every single year”. Sure enough, the US founding father has yet to be proven wrong, with Activision and a dozen studios having ensured that come the tail-end of any given year, there will be a new COD ready to release. And so, what can we expect from the franchise later this year? What about 2027, 2028 or even 2030? By looking back at the past two decades of Call of Duty games, their trends, progression and regression, I believe I can predict the next 5 years worth of annual COD entries.
