Xbox will have 20 playable demos at Gamescom including Hollow Knight: Silksong

Xbox today confirmed its schedule and showcase lineup for Gamescom 2025, spotlighting hardware demos, playable game previews, and special live broadcasts. As you may expect, the ROG Xbox Ally will be a focus point, and Hollow Knight: Silksong will also be playable for the very first time. 

There will be over 20 demos at the Xbox section of Gamescom this year. Hollow Knight: Silksong is the clear headliner, but Grounded 2, Ninja Gaiden 4, Super Meat Boy 3D and more will also be present. You'll even get a preview of the new expansion for Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, titled ‘The Order of Giants'.

Xbox's plans for Gamescom will also include new announcements for this year's Call of Duty game, Black Ops 7. The announcements should include release date news, confirmation of beta plans and perhaps our first look at multiplayer gameplay.

Xbox will be hosting live streams throughout Gamescom, on August 20th and August 21st.
