Plants vs. Zombies Reloaded has been rated in Brazil

Plants vs Zombies is a classic lane-based tower defence game which released back in 2009 to a great deal of success. Since then, the game has gotten a couple sequels and multiple spin-offs. The first PvZ still holds a place in many people’s hearts – and in recognition of this PopCap seems to be bringing the OG game back in a new form with Plants vs. Zombies Reloaded.

As discovered by the publication Gematsu, a new game – listed as Plants vs. Zombies Reloaded – has appeared on the Brazilian ratings board.

Said to be coming to PS5; Xbox Series; Switch; PC; iOS; as well as Android, little else can be gleaned from the listing currently.

Plants vs. Zombies Reloaded

Interestingly, while the PS5, Xbox Series and Switch would be getting this classic for the first time, Plants vs. Zombies has been available on PC since 2009 – and on iOS/Android since 2010/2011 respectively.

That said, the current version is rife with ads and various in-app purchases and so hopefully this Reloaded release serves as a nice way to play the original PvZ with little to no interruptions and at a reasonable price.

KitGuru says: What do you think of the OG Plants vs. Zombies? Would you consider it a classic? Will EA mess up this release somehow? Let us know your thoughts down below.
