Blizzard releases personalised Overwatch recap

Overwatch 2 has in many ways failed to meet the expectations of Activision Blizzard, with the free-to-play sequel being continually criticised since its launch back in 2022. That said, those who do actively play and enjoy the game will now be able to access a Spotify-wrapped styled recap video featuring all your player stats.

Created as part of the game’s 100 million players celebration, Overwatch 2 players can now gain access to a neat video which showcases many of your stats from over the years, including but not limited to:

  • KDA
  • Win rate
  • Number of enemies killed
  • Your top 3 teammates
  • Your most played role
  • Hours played
  • Matches played
  • Time played (in days)
  • Most played hero

Unfortunately, in order to access this recap, players will need to opt-in to Blizzard’s newsletter before being able to view the video. Additionally, Blizzard themselves note that this feature is only available in the US – though players from other regions have been able to access the recap.

While many of the stats being given out are already available to access elsewhere, it is still fun to receive a recap sharing your history with a game you are dedicated to.
