MSI is looking to capitalise on the launch of the tactical RPG sequel, Solasta 2, by bundling the game with its latest high-end QD-OLED displays. The promotion highlights two specific monitors from MSI's 2026 lineup: the MPG 271QR QD-OLED X50 and the MAG 272UP QD-OLED X24.
The flagship of this bundle is the MPG 271QR QD-OLED X50, a 27-inch 1440p monitor that pushes the boundaries of OLED speed with a staggering 500Hz refresh rate. Beyond the raw speed, the X50 features the new DisplayPort 2.1a (UHBR 13.5) interface and MSI's OLED Care 3.0. This latest protection suite integrates an “AI Care Sensor” that uses a dedicated NPU to detect human presence, automatically dimming or powering down the screen when the user leaves to mitigate the risk of burn-in.
For those prioritising pixel density over pure frame rates, the MAG 272UP QD-OLED X24 offers a 4K resolution at 240Hz. Both monitors utilise 4th-generation QD-OLED panels, which offer significant improvements in text clarity and sub-pixel arrangement compared to earlier models. Both units also come standard with a 3-year burn-in warranty, a now-standard inclusion for MSI's enthusiast-tier OLED products to ease long-term reliability concerns.
As is typical with these bundles, MSI notes that quantities are limited and the offer will conclude once the digital key allocation has been exhausted.
KitGuru says: Bundling a tactical RPG like Solasta 2 might seem like an odd choice for a 500Hz screen, but the OLED panel's infinite contrast ratios are a perfect match for the game's visuals.
