Dream Machines launch the DM6 Holey lightweight mouse series

2020 seems to be the year of lightweight gaming mice, companies such as Cooler Master, Sharkoon and Xtrfy have already shown their hand in the slimmed-down mouse market this year and now another manufacturer is about to throw its hat into the ring.

Dream Machines has announced its new DM6 Holey lightweight gaming mouse series is now ready for pre-order and will officially launch on 23rd July. The series comprises of two different models, the DM6 Holey and the DM6 Holey S, both identical-looking mice with a few tweaks under the hood that sets the two apart.

Both the DM6 Holey and the Holey S feature the popular lightweight hole punched casing trend, weighing in at just 69g each. Both mice are equipped with Huano top switches with a lifespan of 20 million clicks, side switches with a lifespan of 3 million clicks, as well as a 1.8m shoelace type cable designed to be extremely flexible so not to hinder a user while gaming.

The DM6 Holey series is a right-handed ergonomic shape equipped with a Pixart sensor, this is where the subtle difference between the two models becomes evident. The DM6 Holey is outfitted with a Pixart 3360 sensor, capable of up to 12000 DPI while the more advanced DM6 Holey S has the 16000 DPI Pixart 3389 sensor inside. Both DM6 Holey mice have a slick looking matte black appearance and measure 129 x 66 x 40 mm.

Dream Machines is taking pre-orders of the DM6 Holey and Holey S now ready for the 23rd July launch. The DM6 Holey is priced at a bargain 149 PLN which converts roughly to £30, while the flagship DM6 Holey S is a little more at 189 PLN, around £38, which still sounds like very good value.
