Leak reveals Logitech’s upcoming gaming handheld

A few weeks ago, Logitech announced that it has teamed up with Tencent to launch its own gaming handheld, primarily focused on providing easy access to cloud gaming services like GeForce Now and Xbox Cloud Gaming. Despite plans to launch before the end of the year, Logitech did not show the handheld at the time. However, a new leak this week has revealed the system.

Evleaks, a well-known leaker who primarily focuses on mobile devices, posted images of the handheld on Twitter. They were later DMCA'd, but the images have already spread to other news sites, like 9to5Google. You can see the handheld below:

The device will be called the Logitech G Gaming Handheld, and will offer access to Android games through the Google Play Store, as well as to various cloud gaming services. Chances are, Logitech and Tencent will be looking to support all the major services, but we've only got direct confirmation on Xbox Cloud Gaming and GeForce Now at the moment.

As you can see in the images, the handheld will be similarly sized to the Nintendo Switch Lite, but the screen to body ratio does seem to be larger. We don't have exact specs for the handheld yet, but if Logitech is still planning to launch before the end of this year, we should get more official news quite soon.

KitGuru Says: Assuming this is the final design, it looks pretty good in my opinion. It'll be interesting to see the final specs, as well as pricing, in the months to come.
