The MSI booth was absolutely packed this week and they had new products to show in just about every department, from DIY components, PC cases and pre-built systems, to peripherals, monitors and routers.
Watch via YouTube below:
New AM5 motherboards include the MEG X870E Unify‑X Max, which continues to push CPU and memory overclocking through its OC Engine and 18‑phase power design.
MSI is also showing the MEG Z890 Godlike, which has gone on to win a number of awards at tradeshows this year.
The MPG B850 Carbon Max WiFi adds PCIe 5.0 for GPUs and M.2, Wi‑Fi 7, 5G LAN and multiple EZ‑DIY features, while the MAG B850M Mortar Max WiFi W brings a full‑white micro‑ATX design with extended heatsinks and Wi‑Fi 7. MSI is also demonstrating AMD’s latest EXPO ultra‑low‑latency memory profiles on the Mortar Max WiFi W paired with Kingston Fury DDR5 RAM.
Cooling updates include the MEG Coreliquid E15 360 with a 6.67‑inch 2K AMOLED display and Laminar Focus fan technology, the MPG Coreliquid P22 360 with a smaller 2.1‑inch display and UNI Bracket mounting, and two new AIO versions with fabric pump covers – the MAG Coreliquid A23 360 W, which also has a hidden digital display, and the MAG CoreLiquid A13 360 Fabric, which does not include a display. For air cooling, MSI is launching the MPG CoreFrozr AP15, which uses a dual‑heatsink design with a DIGI‑DISPLAY module covering the top.
MSI also previewed next‑generation GPU cooling through a new version of the Gaming Trio cooler on an RTX 5090. The new design uses a diamond-copper baseplate, diamond-composite pads, spiral-groove heat pipes and 0.8mm metal fan blades to improve airflow efficiency. MSI is also investing in ways for RTX 5090 users to protect their expensive purchases with a new Safeguard system that monitors current and voltage going through the 12V-2×6 connector and then gives warning alerts and reduces power usage if issues persist, there is even a server-grade eFuse for short-circuit protection.
The flagship MEG Maestro 900R ($699, Q3) leads MSI’s new case lineup with a slightly customisable internal layout through the rotatable motherboard tray. It is built to last, and the material cost is reflected in the price tag. We are told there will also be an airflow version made available too.
Next to that we have the MPG Vixtr 300 PZ series, designed for easier assembly with enlarged cable‑management space, a detachable PSU bracket and a choice of panoramic glass ($129) or a high‑airflow mesh front ($139).
MSI’s power‑supply lineup includes the MEG Ai1600T PCIE5, now launched with 80Plus Titanium and Cybenetics A++ certifications, dual native 12V‑2×6 connectors and SiC MOSFETs, and the MPG Ai1600TS PCIE5 ($499), which adds GPU Safeguard+ and Fan Safeguard. The MAG A1000PLS PCIE5 W ($199, Q4) brings 80Plus Platinum efficiency and native 12V‑2×6 connectors.
On the gaming front, MSI is heavily expanding its selection of peripherals. There is a new Forge GM340 Wireless hitting the market, which weighs just 57g and uses a popular symmetrical layout with a PAW3311 sensor, making it a prime choice for FPS players. The mouse even sports tri-mode connectivity and up to 82 hours of battery life between charges.
There is also the new range of Maestro 500 Wireless gaming headsets, which promise up to 90 hours of playback. For keyboards, there is a new Strike 700 8K HE wireless keyboard with Hall Effect switches and 8000Hz polling for the quickest response times possible.
There is also a Strike Alloy TMR keyboard for those chasing the best possible build quality, along with an accompanying touch-screen accessory, the Strike Nexus, which uses a similar magnesium alloy casing and offers you quick access to system stats, macro shortcuts, profile controls and more.
In storage, MSI introduced the Datamag portable SSDs in 20Gbps and 40Gbps versions, all of which can attatch to your devices magnetically, while offering capacities up to 4TB. The Spatium M571 DLP PCIe 5.0 SSD adds power‑loss data protection, a 6nm controller and read/write speeds up to 14,500/11,700MB/s. New Vortiq enterprise SSDs span SATA, U.2, E3.S and E1.S formats, offering capacities up to 122.88TB, full data‑path protection, hardware PLP and AES‑256 encryption.
MSI also updated its RadiX WiFi 7 router family, including the BE19000 NAS Lite edition, BE9400 and BE3600 models, all featuring WiFi 7 and high‑speed wired connectivity with up to dual 10G ports.
This week, MSI also launched new gaming monitors, including a new Penta Tandem OLED display, alongside a new range of Pro Max displays, which you can read about HERE and HERE. There is also a new Claw gaming handheld coming out, which we covered HERE, along with new pre-built desktop PCs (HERE), and new laptops (HERE).
