Intel Innovation returns in September with more AI discussion

Intel Innovation is returning in 2024. Last year's show was kicked off by a keynote presentation from CEO, Pat Gelsinger, during which we learned a lot about Intel Core Ultra (Meteor Lake) and Intel's new focus on local AI computing. At Intel Innovation 2024, the AI discussion will continue.

Intel Innovation 2024 will be taking place in San Jose, California, once again this year. The show will go on for two days, covering the 24th and 25th of September. As usual, Pat Gelsinger will be there with a keynote presentation, promising a new look at “the tangible outcomes AI can enable for businesses”.

Intel Innovation is more of an industry event than a platform for launching new processors, so don't expect to see a new generation of Intel desktop processors shown here, although there may be teasers of what's to come. Last year, we did learn quite a bit about Meteor Lake, but we did not get a full launch announcement of different SKUs and full specs.

If you're in the industry and would like to attend, you can sign up to Intel's mailing list to learn about gaining access.

KitGuru Says: Last year's Intel Innovation was very focused on AI, and so far, it looks like it will be a core focus for this year's event too.
