MSI RTX 5090 Lightning Z: Costs 5K, Pulls Over 1000W

We don't focus too heavily on game benchmarks in our partner cards reviews as performance doesn't tend to change a whole lot when compared to the reference models. With that said, the Lightning Z provides more of a tangible performance improvement that you might expect – in the region of 7-12% ahead of the Nvidia Founder's Edition, though that gap does shrink compared to the factory overclocked Suprim SOC.
