Palit retail listings may have revealed RTX 4060 Ti specs

Those planning to build a new mid-range PC eagerly anticipate the release of the upcoming RTX 4060 Ti GPU. The rumours surrounding this GPU suggest that it will have 8GB of GDDR6 memory and a 128-bit memory bus, but now we may have confirmation of this.

According to a Russian retailer (via VideoCardz), Palit, an Nvidia board partner, is reportedly preparing at least four models based on Dual and StormX designs (standard and OC variants). Based on previous Dual and StormX designs of older Nvidia GPU series, the Palit RTX 4060 Ti StormX and Dual models should be mid-range cards featuring a dual-fan design.

The naming of this card corroborates some of the rumours we've heard about the RTX 4060 Ti GPUs, specifically the memory specs. All four models specifically state in their name that each has 8GB of GDDR6 memory across a 128-bit memory bus.

Other reports claim the RTX 4060 Ti will feature the AD106-350 GPU with 4352 CUDA cores and offer a boost clock of up to 2.5 GHz. However, factory-overclocked models like the two Palit OC models should go slightly higher. The RTX 4060 Ti SKU is set to launch by the end of this month, though no exact date has been announced yet. NVIDIA is expected to begin supplying AICs with the necessary components this week.

KitGuru says: Is 8GB of GDDR6 on a 128-bit memory bus acceptable for the mid-range segment?
