Sapphire HD6870 FleX Edition CrossfireX Review – Quad screen 7680×1080 testing

For overclocking today we used Sapphires own tool – TriXX. This allows us to push the card beyond the reference specifications.

We managed to get the core to 970mhz, any higher and the system would hardlock. The memory reached the limit at 1210mhz (4840mhz effective). Very good overclocking results indeed. Core temperatures only rose by a single degree with the 70mhz overclock.
