ASUS F1A75-I Deluxe Motherboard Review (with A6-3650)

We normally test A75 motherboards with the A8-3850 processor, but today we are using the A6-3650 which is a less expensive, slower clocked design (£85 from Amazon). For a total of £200 inc vat, you can build a very capable media center around these two components. For another £100 you can pick up the excellent Sapphire HD6790 graphics card which we are using today, ideal for a low power drain media center system. Adding a power supply, chassis, small HDD and some memory would bring the price to around the £500 mark.

As it is so straightforward to overclock this processor with the ASUS F1A75-I Deluxe, we are testing at overclocked speeds, unless otherwise stated.

All the latest BIOS updates and drivers are used during testing. We perform generally under real world conditions, meaning KitGuru tests games across five closely matched runs and then average out the results to get an accurate median figure. If we use scripted benchmarks, they are mentioned on the relevant page.
