Mortal Kombat 1 PC system requirements have been revealed

Following the announcement of the new Mortal Kombat title, the developers have shared the official system requirements to play the game on PC. The game will utilise the DX12 API and demand a significant amount of storage space, clocking in at 100GB.

Mortal Kombat 1 was officially announced this week, complete with a September release date. The new game will reboot the MK timeline once again, offering a new story. Some of the game's DLC plans have also leaked already, revealing plans for guest characters like Homelander and Peacemaker.

The PC system requirements for Mortal Kombat 1 can be found below:

  • Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system
  • OS: Windows 10 64-bit
  • Processor: Intel Core i5-6600 | AMD Ryzen 3 3100 or Ryzen 5 2600
  • Memory: 8GB RAM
  • Graphics: Nvidia GeForce GTX 980 or AMD Radeon RX 470, or Intel Arc A750
  • DirectX: Version 12
  • Storage: 100GB available space

  • OS: Windows 10/11 64-bit
  • Processor: Intel Core i5-8400 | AMD Ryzen 5 3600X
  • Memory: 8 GB RAM
  • Graphics: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1080 Ti or AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT or Intel Arc A770
  • DirectX: Version 12
  • Storage: 100GB available space

Unfortunately, specific details regarding the targeted framerate, resolution, and graphics quality corresponding to these PC specifications remain undisclosed by the developers. Mortal Kombat 1 will be released on September 19th.
