Following on from a lengthy teaser stream yesterday, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla has been officially announced. Just as previous rumours predicted, the next mainline game in the franchise will focus on vikings.
There have been teasers discovered in some of Ubisoft’s own games indicating that this would be the next step for Assassin’s Creed. According to Ubisoft, 15 studios pitched in on this game, with Ubisoft Montreal being joined by 14 co-development studios. So a huge amount of people poured their hard work and time into this game.
Exciting! An immense congratulations to our studio warriors for all the good work and passion building to that reveal. We’d also like to thank the 14 co-dev studios all around the world. You know who you are, and we’re thankful for your dedication! Skàl! pic.twitter.com/hBPpFZKkrP
