Asus prices their Transformer Pad TF300 Android tablet

It seems like forever ago that Asus announced the Transformer Pad TF300 tablet back at Mobile World Congress alongside the Transformer Pad Infinity. The competitively priced tablet will be available for $379 and $399 for the 16 and 32 GB models respectively. It’s good to see we don’t have to pay an extra Benjamin for a flash memory upgrade.

Asus Transformer Pad will be available in a week's time starting from $379

The Tegra 3 powered tablet will be available from the 23rd of April online and in stores a week later. Those wanting a colour other than “Royal Blue” will have to wait until early June for the “Torch Red” or “Iceberg White” models to become available. Other specifications include a 10.1 inch IPS display, 1 GB of RAM and Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.

As with the rest of the Asus Transformer series the keyboard dock accessory will be yours for an extra $149, although the dock for the new Transformer Pad is incompatible with the Transformer TF101 and Transformer Prime TF201 docks.

KitGuru says: Another impressive tablet from the engineers at Asus.
