Mod brings PC master race to Civilization V

You can now play as the ‘glorious PC master race' in Civilization V, with unique buildings, units and abilities. As you would expect, Lord Gabe Newell of the Master Race will be your leader, the mod creator, Monk Preston, has admitted that this race is over powered and due to its popularity, he has decided to go back and make a cut down version with fewer benefits.

Master Race benefits include:

  • Unique Ability: Steam Sales- 75% less unhappiness from population.
  • Unique Unit: The Ascended. Replaces the XCOM Squad, and is 25% off!
  • Unique Building: Gaming Shrine. Adds +10 to Food and Production yields per tile, +20 to Gold, and +50 to Science, Faith, and Culture.

KitGuru Games: Predicting the Next Half a Decade of Call of Duty Releases

Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790) famously once said: “The three absolutes in life are death, taxes and a new Call of Duty coming out every single year”. Sure enough, the US founding father has yet to be proven wrong, with Activision and a dozen studios having ensured that come the tail-end of any given year, there will be a new COD ready to release. And so, what can we expect from the franchise later this year? What about 2027, 2028 or even 2030? By looking back at the past two decades of Call of Duty games, their trends, progression and regression, I believe I can predict the next 5 years worth of annual COD entries.

  1. Now all we need is a worthy foe to crush… The Federation of Console Gamers perhaps?
