Overwatch 2’s One Punch Man collaboration goes live

Back in early February we saw Overwatch 2’s 3rd Season of content go live, adding a new themed Battle Pass, an additional map and more. The most interesting announcement for Season 3 was the collaboration between Overwatch 2 and One Punch Man. One month into Season 3, the crossover is now officially live.

Available to purchase from now until the 6th of April, the Overwatch 2 x One Punch Man collaboration is now live, bringing a number of the most iconic characters from the anime into the game.

These crossover skins will see 4 of Overwatch’s characters don the outfits of some of the supercontinent’s greatest heroes, transforming Doomfist into Saitama; Genji in Genos; Soldier 76 into the fan-favourite Mumen Rider and last but not least Kiriko as Terrible Tornado.

Perhaps unsurprisingly, Doomfist’s Saitama skin is the most costly, setting you back 2500 Overwatch Coins (a little under £20). Kiriko’s Terrible Tornado skin meanwhile will cost roughly £16 (2100 Overwatch Coins) with Genji’s Genos skin being the cheapest at around £15 (1900 coins).

Overwatch 2’s skins are certainly not cheap, but at the very least it is good to see that the skins themselves appear to be of a rather high quality and offer a good blend of the original character’s design with that of the collab character. The Overwatch x One Punch Man crossover is live right now.

KitGuru says: What do you think of the skins? Will you pick any up? What do you think is a fair price for character skins? Let us know down below.
