‘Tweaked’ Wii U Controller image leaks online

It looks like a QA tester accidentally posted an image online of the new, tweaked controller for the Wii U. GamesRadar's Hollander Cooper said that the image was uploaded via the Twitter account of an employee at Traveller's Tale Games, who developed some of the Lego and Disney Interactive games.

The image has since been removed from the posting and the account @MATTYBOOSH has had postings removed back to 2008. Clearly someone is panicking.

Cooper has written a good article on the controller, explaining the changes.  The overall shape however hasn't changed and there is no indication as to whether the controller is still a work in progress.

Nintendo have changed the small thumb sticks to proper analog sticks, which we have seen in similar fashion on the original Wii Nunchuk controller. Nintendo have printed the ‘Wii U' name on the bottom section of the front of the controller. The ‘start' and ‘select' buttons have also been moved to underneath the A, B, X and Y buttons on the right hand side. An earlier version of the controller which was featured online had these buttons placed next to the ‘home' button.

The new image also shows a square shaped button on the left side of the controller which has yet to receive functionality.
