The Last of Us Part II Remastered comes to PC this April

PlayStation had a big night at the TGA’s, both in terms of awards won and announcements made. With Season 2 of HBO’s The Last of Us set to arrive sometime early next year, 2020’s TLOU Part II is finally confirmed to be coming to PC this April.

Announced during The Game Awards – and expanded upon via a blog post – Naughty Dog officially confirmed that The Last of Us Part II Remastered will come to PC platforms on the 3rd of April 2025.

Though no PC specific features have been shared, the team did confirm that the port is being jointly handled by the specialists at Nixxes and Iron Galaxy (alongside Naughty Dog themselves of course).

Hopefully this means that when The Last of Us Part II does come to PC in a few months time, it won’t be plagued by CPU related texture issues – as was the case with Part I at launch.

KitGuru says: Are you excited to play Part II? When did you first complete the original game? Will Season 2 also arrive in April? Let us know your thoughts down below.

KitGuru Games: Predicting the Next Half a Decade of Call of Duty Releases

Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790) famously once said: “The three absolutes in life are death, taxes and a new Call of Duty coming out every single year”. Sure enough, the US founding father has yet to be proven wrong, with Activision and a dozen studios having ensured that come the tail-end of any given year, there will be a new COD ready to release. And so, what can we expect from the franchise later this year? What about 2027, 2028 or even 2030? By looking back at the past two decades of Call of Duty games, their trends, progression and regression, I believe I can predict the next 5 years worth of annual COD entries.
