Bethesda announces The Elder Scrolls: Castles release date

Bethesda quietly stopped working on its mobile game, The Elder Scrolls Blades, a few years ago but the company is back for another swing at the mobile market. This time around, we're getting a Fallout Shelter-inspired game, The Elder Scrolls: Castles.

The Elder Scrolls: Castles has been available regional beta test form for a while now. On September 10th, the game will officially become available to all iOS and Android users around the globe.

Unlike Blades, The Elder Scrolls: Castles is developed by the same team behind Fallout Shelter, which is by far Bethesda's most successful mobile game to date.

In the Elder Scrolls: Castles, players will do exactly what you would expect – build out a castle. You'll take on quests, manage resources, keep your residents happy and fend off invasions.

KitGuru Says: After the success of Fallout Shelter back in 2015, I'm surprised it took this long to get a similar game for Elder Scrolls. Are any of you planning on installing this when it drops next month?
