Death Note: Killer Within launches free for PS+ subscribers

The next wave of PlayStation Plus titles have been announced and one of them is a day-one release. The brand new Death Note: Killer Within will be free to all PS+ subscribers on PS4 and PS5.

Death Note: Killer Within is launching on November 5th, the same day it becomes available through PS+. It is a social deduction game, in which the good guys must suss out the Kira supporters, who are using the Death Note to take people out.

Aside from Death Note, Hot Wheels Unleashed 2 – Turbocharged, which has garnered very positive reception from players, will be free to claim and is playable on both PS4 and PS5.

The final free game to claim in November is Ghostwire: Tokyo, a visually impressive horror-action game set in Tokyo, Japan, where an outbreak of spirits has taken place. Ghostwire: Tokyo is a current-gen only release, so you'll need a PS5 to download it.

All three games will be available to claim to all PS+ Essential or higher tier subscribers.

KitGuru Games: Predicting the Next Half a Decade of Call of Duty Releases

Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790) famously once said: “The three absolutes in life are death, taxes and a new Call of Duty coming out every single year”. Sure enough, the US founding father has yet to be proven wrong, with Activision and a dozen studios having ensured that come the tail-end of any given year, there will be a new COD ready to release. And so, what can we expect from the franchise later this year? What about 2027, 2028 or even 2030? By looking back at the past two decades of Call of Duty games, their trends, progression and regression, I believe I can predict the next 5 years worth of annual COD entries.
