Zowie unveils the U2 wireless gaming mouse

Zowie has unveiled the U2 wireless esports mouse featuring an all-new design. The U2 has a characteristic inward-curved shape on both sides, designed to appeal to claw grippers. Zowie has also fitted the U2 with an improved receiver for better wireless signal reliability and plug-and-play functionality. Despite being wireless and featuring a new design, the new mouse feet  aim to provide a gliding feel similar to previous wired Zowie mice.

The U2's left-side curved shape, combined with the back's curvature, aims to reduce the thumb angle and allow for quicker index finger clicks. Meanwhile, the right-side curvature makes placing the ring finger on the mouse easier, enabling balanced force exertion on both sides of the hand for better stability while moving the mouse.

To enhance the wireless experience, the U2 features an improved receiver that directs the reception area towards the mouse, improving signal reception and reducing interference. The U2 uses the well-proven Pixart 3395 sensor. Moreover, it features the latest Mouse Skatez, designed to provide users with a more familiar gliding feel.

Initially, the Zowie U2 will be available only in black and size M. The mouse is already available for pre-order and goes for $129.99.
