Spyro Reignited Trilogy might be coming to Game Pass soon

Part of the promise made by Microsoft following its acquisition of Activision Blizzard was that Xbox Game Pass subscribers would begin to see titles from the publisher added to its service. So far, one title has been added – being Diablo IV just a few weeks ago. That said, it seems as though the floodgates may have finally been opened.

As reported by the Xbox-focused ‘Klobrille’, the Spyro Reignited Trilogy was added to Xbox’s store on PC, letting you purchase the Activision-published game for £34.99.

Considering the fact that Spyro originally released back in 2018, the sudden addition to the Xbox store seems to suggest that a Game Pass launch is imminent.

As mentioned, there have been very few Activision Blizzard titles added to Game Pass, with Diablo IV pretty much being the only one.

That said, Microsoft did promise that 2024 would be the year we would see Acti-blizz games added to the service – so hopefully this is just the beginning.

KitGuru Games: Predicting the Next Half a Decade of Call of Duty Releases

Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790) famously once said: “The three absolutes in life are death, taxes and a new Call of Duty coming out every single year”. Sure enough, the US founding father has yet to be proven wrong, with Activision and a dozen studios having ensured that come the tail-end of any given year, there will be a new COD ready to release. And so, what can we expect from the franchise later this year? What about 2027, 2028 or even 2030? By looking back at the past two decades of Call of Duty games, their trends, progression and regression, I believe I can predict the next 5 years worth of annual COD entries.
