The Fallout TV series is getting an early release

The upcoming Fallout TV series has been getting a lot of good reception recently thanks to early fan preview events. Now, Amazon will be releasing the series earlier than planned.

The Fallout TV series was set to air worldwide on Prime Video on the 11th of April. However, Amazon has since brought the release date forward to April 10th, as excitement for the show continues to grow thanks to positive fan feedback.

There is a downside here though. With the show now going live at 6PM PT on the 10th of April, those of us in the UK and Europe will only get to see it in the early hours of the morning on April 11th. With that in mind, if you use social media regularly, you might want to avoid it on the morning of the 11th if you are worried about seeing spoilers.

The first episode of the series has already aired at various fan events this week and it has received an overwhelmingly positive reception. We'll have to stay tuned to see if the rest of the season can hold up.

KitGuru Says: The main issue I see here is that this TV show is only going to make demand for a new Fallout game go up, and we are unlikely to get one for quite some time due to Bethesda's development timeline. Fallout 5 will only come after The Elder Scrolls VI, and that project only just entered development.

KitGuru Games: Predicting the Next Half a Decade of Call of Duty Releases

Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790) famously once said: “The three absolutes in life are death, taxes and a new Call of Duty coming out every single year”. Sure enough, the US founding father has yet to be proven wrong, with Activision and a dozen studios having ensured that come the tail-end of any given year, there will be a new COD ready to release. And so, what can we expect from the franchise later this year? What about 2027, 2028 or even 2030? By looking back at the past two decades of Call of Duty games, their trends, progression and regression, I believe I can predict the next 5 years worth of annual COD entries.
