Spider-Man 2 ‘New Game+’ update arriving next month

Late last year, following the release of Marvel's Spider-Man 2, Insomniac Games announced that the title would be getting a rather significant update in 2024 – bringing with it a NewGame+ mode, additional accessibility options and more. Though details on the update remain light, we now know that the NG+ patch will be arriving in early March.

Making the announcement via Twitter, the team at Insomniac Games said “OUR NEXT UPDATE IS COMING MARCH 7. Our title update for Marvel's #SpiderMan2PS5 arrives next month and adds highly requested features like New Game+, new suits, and more! Watch our social media for a complete list of features closer to release.”

As mentioned, we will have to wait a bit for a full breakdown of the upcoming update, but it is exciting nonetheless to see that more suits are set to be added in less than a month’s time. What these suits will be is currently unknown, but it is quite likely that obtaining the suits will be tied to completing the main campaign on NG+.

We will have to wait and see, but being able to re-experience the story of Spider-Man 2 with all the powers and upgrades should be fun enough in its own right.

KitGuru Games: Predicting the Next Half a Decade of Call of Duty Releases

Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790) famously once said: “The three absolutes in life are death, taxes and a new Call of Duty coming out every single year”. Sure enough, the US founding father has yet to be proven wrong, with Activision and a dozen studios having ensured that come the tail-end of any given year, there will be a new COD ready to release. And so, what can we expect from the franchise later this year? What about 2027, 2028 or even 2030? By looking back at the past two decades of Call of Duty games, their trends, progression and regression, I believe I can predict the next 5 years worth of annual COD entries.
