New Xbox Game Pass titles include Valheim, Civ 6 and more

The next batch of titles for Xbox Game Pass have now been announced. Six titles will be joining the library over the next couple of weeks, including Guilty Gear Strive, which was announced earlier this week. Survival hit Valheim is also joining the Game Pass library, at least for console players.

Guilty Gear Strive was first announced for Xbox consoles last year with a ‘Spring 2023' release window. That window has now arrived, with the game launching on Xbox today. Game Pass subscribers will be able to access the game on console, PC and even the cloud.

Here's the full list of new titles heading to Xbox Game Pass in the first half of the month:

  • Guilty Gear -Strive- (Cloud, Console and PC) – available today
  • Dead Space 2 (Cloud) – March 9th
  • Dead Space 3 (Cloud) – March 9th
  • Valheim (Console) – March 14th
  • Sid Meier's Civilization VI (Cloud, Console and PC) – March 16th
  • Ni No Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom – The Prince's Edition (Console and PC) – March 21st

As usual, some games will be leaving Xbox Game Pass to make room for new titles. On the 15th of March, the following games will be leaving the service:

  • F1 2020 (Console) EA Play
  • Goat Simulator (Cloud, Console, and PC)
  • Kentucky Route Zero (Cloud, Console, and PC)
  • Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy (Cloud, Console, and PC)
  • Paradise Killer (Cloud, Console, and PC)
  • Undertale (Cloud, Console, and PC)
  • Young Souls (Cloud, Console, and PC)
  • Zero Escape: The Nonary Games (Cloud, Console, and PC)

There will be another Xbox Game Pass library update in a few weeks, so expect a few more titles to arrive this month and in early April.

KitGuru Games: Predicting the Next Half a Decade of Call of Duty Releases

Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790) famously once said: “The three absolutes in life are death, taxes and a new Call of Duty coming out every single year”. Sure enough, the US founding father has yet to be proven wrong, with Activision and a dozen studios having ensured that come the tail-end of any given year, there will be a new COD ready to release. And so, what can we expect from the franchise later this year? What about 2027, 2028 or even 2030? By looking back at the past two decades of Call of Duty games, their trends, progression and regression, I believe I can predict the next 5 years worth of annual COD entries.
