It’s Morbin’ Time: Cooler Master introduces high-performance Mobius 120 fans

Despite the name bearing an unmissable similarity to a certain Marvel character, Cooler Master's new Mobius fans mean business. Available with and without ARGB, these new 120mm fans aim to bring you the best of both worlds, operating with near-silent noise levels while offering impressive cooling performance.

Featuring a new Ring Blade Design, Cooler Master claims the inter-connected blades reduce vibration and any resulting noise for more stable performance across the entire RPM range. On the fan's inner frame, you'll notice chamfered side vents that are designed to increase airflow and air pressure, which explains the high pressure figures of the new fans. As per the spec sheet, the standard Mobius 120's air pressure is rated at 2.69mmH2O. As for the Mobius 120P ARGB, it's rated at a whopping 3.63mmH2O due to increase maximum RPM.

Both Mobius 120 fans have an MTTF (Mean Time To Failure) of over 200K hours and feature Cooler Master's new loop dynamic bearing for an increased life expectancy. At max speeds, the Mobius 120 can go as fast as 2050RPM, while the Mobius 120P ARGB can push up to 2400RPM.

Cooler Master's new fans are on sale sale, with the Mobius 120 going for £24.99 and the ARGB variant for £29.99.

KitGuru says: It looks like the likes of Noctua A12-25, Phanteks T30, and Thermaltake ToughFan have new competition in the high-end fan segment with the Mobius 120. Who will win?
