Dragon Age: Absolution is coming in December

Back in June, Netflix, EA and BioWare announced that a Dragon Age animated series will be coming to Netflix. Now, that series has a release date, and it is very close.

Dragon Age: Absolution, an animated series based on BioWare's fan-favourite fantasy RPG series, will be released on Netflix on the 9th of December, just a few days after The Game Awards take place, which is worth noting as there is also a good chance we get an update on Dragon Age: Dreadwolf, the next major game in the series. With that in mind, December could be a very big month for Dragon Age fans.

Absolution is set in Tevinter, an area that gamers will get to explore more in Dragon Age: Dreadwolf, previously known as Dragon Age 4.

The animated series has been produced in “close collaboration” with BioWare, so expect themes from the games to carry over to the series. The first season will span just six episodes and plans for future seasons have not yet been announced.

KitGuru Games: Predicting the Next Half a Decade of Call of Duty Releases

Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790) famously once said: “The three absolutes in life are death, taxes and a new Call of Duty coming out every single year”. Sure enough, the US founding father has yet to be proven wrong, with Activision and a dozen studios having ensured that come the tail-end of any given year, there will be a new COD ready to release. And so, what can we expect from the franchise later this year? What about 2027, 2028 or even 2030? By looking back at the past two decades of Call of Duty games, their trends, progression and regression, I believe I can predict the next 5 years worth of annual COD entries.
