You can get Borderlands 3 for free right now

When Borderlands 3 was first announced and released, many of us were surprised to find the game being part of the Epic Games Store program, receiving funding in exchange for timed exclusivity on the EGS Store. Now, Gearbox and Epic have teamed up once again, this time to give Borderlands 3 away for free.

The price for Borderlands 3 has dropped considerably since launch and you will regularly find the game on sale across PC and consoles. If you've been meaning to give the game a try and have yet to pick it up, then this week is the perfect time. From today until the 26th of May, Borderlands 3 is free to claim on the Epic Games Store.

As with all Epic Games Store giveaways, once you claim the title, it is yours forever, so you can download and play it whenever you want, free of any restrictions. To date, Borderlands 3 has sold more than 5 million copies across all platforms.

Currently, the Epic Games Store is also running a 25% off coupon as part of its current mega sale, so you could claim the game for free and then pick up the expansions at a big discount.

KitGuru Games: Predicting the Next Half a Decade of Call of Duty Releases

Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790) famously once said: “The three absolutes in life are death, taxes and a new Call of Duty coming out every single year”. Sure enough, the US founding father has yet to be proven wrong, with Activision and a dozen studios having ensured that come the tail-end of any given year, there will be a new COD ready to release. And so, what can we expect from the franchise later this year? What about 2027, 2028 or even 2030? By looking back at the past two decades of Call of Duty games, their trends, progression and regression, I believe I can predict the next 5 years worth of annual COD entries.
