Intel 12th Gen Core non-K series processors revealed through leaks

Intel has yet to officially announce its remaining 12th Gen Core desktop processors, but leakers have been ahead of the game. This time around, there are pictures of Intel's non-K SKUs, as well as more details on specifications.

DDAA1177, a user on Chinese site, Zhihu, appears to be in possession of an Intel Core i9-12900, a Core i5-12600, a Core i5-12500, and a Core i5-12400, posting pictures of each processor, as well as CPU-Z screenshots to give us a closer look at specifications. The only 12th Gen Core non-K processors missing from this leak are the Core i7-12700, i3-12300 and i3-12100, as well as their respective F variants.

Leaker @momomo_us was responsible for leaking the clock speeds and cache memory of the whole non-K line-up while also stating they would be out in mid-January. We assume that both standard and F processors share the same specifications, aside from the lack of iGPU on the F variants. You can take a look at the new details about the processors in the following table:

Processor Base Clock Speed Boost Clock Speed Core Configuration L3 Cache
Core i9-12900 2.4GHz 5.1GHz 8P+8E/24T 30MB
Core i9-12900F 2.4GHz 5.1GHz 8P+8E/24T 30MB

Core i3-12300F N/D 4.4GHz 4P+0E/8T (rumour) N/D
Core i3-12100 3.3GHz 4.3GHz 4P+0E/8T (rumour) 12MB
Core i3-12100F 3.3GHz 4.3GHz 4P+0E/8T (rumour) 12MB

In addition to the newly unveiled details about 12th Gen Core desktop processors, @momomo_us also shared two listings of Bangladeshian store Nexus, showing the Core i7-12700 and the i5-12400 in stock for sale. This could be a mistake or proof that these processors are already being shipped to retailers.

KitGuru Says: The non-K and F SKUs should be cheaper than the current 12th Gen Core CPUs. Are you waiting for Intel to release non-K alternatives before upgrading?

KitGuru Games: Predicting the Next Half a Decade of Call of Duty Releases

Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790) famously once said: “The three absolutes in life are death, taxes and a new Call of Duty coming out every single year”. Sure enough, the US founding father has yet to be proven wrong, with Activision and a dozen studios having ensured that come the tail-end of any given year, there will be a new COD ready to release. And so, what can we expect from the franchise later this year? What about 2027, 2028 or even 2030? By looking back at the past two decades of Call of Duty games, their trends, progression and regression, I believe I can predict the next 5 years worth of annual COD entries.
