Phanteks launches 850W and 1000W AMP 80Plus Gold power supplies

Phanteks is expanding its AMP series of power supplies with new 850W and 1000W 80Plus Gold rated units. Powered by Seasonic, the Phanteks AMP series power supplies aim to be the perfect companion for high-end systems with new-generation graphics cards.

The high efficiency and compact design of the AMP series provides up to 1000 watts in 140mm housing and comes with modular, black, flat power cables to make installation easy and clean. The AMP series features a Hybrid Silent Fan, enabling optimal cooling under load and silent performance while idling.

Phanteks has also received Revolt Pro Link certification for its AMP series power supplies, so these can work directly with the Revolt Pro expandable PSU for additional power without any reliability or stability issues. As a sign of Phanteks' confidence in these power supplies, a 10-year warranty covers each unit.

The AMP 1000W and 850W 80Plus Gold modular power supplies will be available starting this month. The 850W model will cost £114.99 and the 1000W model will cost £132.99.
