Horizon Zero Dawn is free to download and keep forever

As part of PlayStation’s Play at Home initiative, the console manufacturer announced that a number of games would be made available entirely for free, to thank fans and encourage social distancing. They previously revealed that Horizon Zero Dawn would be one of these titles – and all PlayStation players can now purchase and keep the game forever for free.

From now until the 14th of May all those with a PlayStation account can get their hands on the much-loved Horizon Zero Dawn entirely for free. What’s more, once added to your library, the game will stay there forever. Sony was also kind enough to make sure that the version available for free is the complete edition, which includes both the base game and its DLC, meaning players can experience the full Horizon Zero Dawn story (at least until the release of the sequel) for free.

The 14th of May does not mark the end of 2021’s Play at Home initiative either, as Sony has confirmed that “there is more to come, so please stay tuned and check out the Play at Home page. And remember: stay safe, stay socially distanced and wear a mask! Thanks again to the community — and stay tuned, we’ll have another Play at Home update to share soon.”

Sony’s Play at Home initiative is a consumer friendly move which was in no way expected of the company, and as such is a generous gesture from the console manufacturer. Horizon Zero Dawn: Complete Edition can be found HERE.

KitGuru Games: Predicting the Next Half a Decade of Call of Duty Releases

Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790) famously once said: “The three absolutes in life are death, taxes and a new Call of Duty coming out every single year”. Sure enough, the US founding father has yet to be proven wrong, with Activision and a dozen studios having ensured that come the tail-end of any given year, there will be a new COD ready to release. And so, what can we expect from the franchise later this year? What about 2027, 2028 or even 2030? By looking back at the past two decades of Call of Duty games, their trends, progression and regression, I believe I can predict the next 5 years worth of annual COD entries.
