DOOM Eternal: The Ancient Gods – Part Two reveal coming next week

Back in October 2020, we got our first piece of DOOM Eternal post-launch campaign content with The Ancient Gods – Part One. Now, the second part of this expansion is just on the horizon, with a trailer coming later this month.

Over the weekend, id Software announced that DOOM Eternal: The Ancient Gods – Part Two will be getting a teaser trailer on the 15th of March. The announcement was also accompanied by new cover art, showing the Doom Slayer going up against a Dark Lord.

The teaser trailer will hopefully reveal a release date. As reported by Tyler McViker, The Ancient Gods – Part Two was recently rated by the ratings board in Australia, there has also been a lot of activity from id Software on the back-end of Steam, which is viewable via SteamDB.

DOOM Eternal's one year anniversary is coming up on the 20th of March. Aside from the final campaign DLC, id Software also has some plans to freshen up the game's multiplayer, so there are more announcements to come.

KitGuru Games: Predicting the Next Half a Decade of Call of Duty Releases

Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790) famously once said: “The three absolutes in life are death, taxes and a new Call of Duty coming out every single year”. Sure enough, the US founding father has yet to be proven wrong, with Activision and a dozen studios having ensured that come the tail-end of any given year, there will be a new COD ready to release. And so, what can we expect from the franchise later this year? What about 2027, 2028 or even 2030? By looking back at the past two decades of Call of Duty games, their trends, progression and regression, I believe I can predict the next 5 years worth of annual COD entries.
