Star Wars Squadrons, Madden 21 and NHL 21 coming to EA Play

It has been a while since we last saw the EA Play library of vault games updated. That is changing in March, with three of EA's bigger titles coming to EA Play, one of which is Star Wars Squadrons.

Star Wars Squadrons initially released in October 2020, developed by EA Motive. It garnered plenty of praise for its single-player and multiplayer modes, with lots of space battling found in both.

The other two games coming to EA Play are Madden NFL 2021 and NHL 21. In the case of Madden 21, the game will be added to EA Play on the 2nd of March. Meanwhile, NHL 21 will be added to the vault in April.

In the case of Star Wars Squadrons, there is no specific date, but it will become part of the library in March. This is all for the base version of EA Play, not the more expensive EA Play Pro subscription, which is only available on PC and grants day-one access to newly released games.

KitGuru Says: Do any of you subscribe to EA Play? Will you be renewing for Star Wars Squadrons? Or would you rather buy it on its own?

KitGuru Games: Predicting the Next Half a Decade of Call of Duty Releases

Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790) famously once said: “The three absolutes in life are death, taxes and a new Call of Duty coming out every single year”. Sure enough, the US founding father has yet to be proven wrong, with Activision and a dozen studios having ensured that come the tail-end of any given year, there will be a new COD ready to release. And so, what can we expect from the franchise later this year? What about 2027, 2028 or even 2030? By looking back at the past two decades of Call of Duty games, their trends, progression and regression, I believe I can predict the next 5 years worth of annual COD entries.
