John Wick Hex comes to Steam, Xbox One and Switch in December

Despite the success of the films, John Wick Hex is a game that flew somewhat under the radar after its release on the Epic Games Store in 2019. The game is getting another chance in the spotlight this year though, as it has now been announced for Steam, Nintendo Switch and Xbox One.

Mike Bithell, best known for titles like Thomas was Alone and Volume, teamed up with Good Shepherd Entertainment to get John Wick Hex published. It is more of a graphic-novel take on the series with players taking on the role of John Wick, carefully plotting moves and executions in a strategy grid system.

The new trailer for the game gives you a good idea of what to expect. The game's story takes place prior to the first John Wick film, sending the titular assassin on a rescue mission.

John Wick Hex will be coming to Steam, Nintendo Switch and Xbox One on the 4th of December.

KitGuru Says: John Wick Hex is a fun little strategy game. If you are a fan of the movies then it is worth checking out. Have any of you played this already on EGS? Will you be getting it on Steam or a console in December?

KitGuru Games: Predicting the Next Half a Decade of Call of Duty Releases

Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790) famously once said: “The three absolutes in life are death, taxes and a new Call of Duty coming out every single year”. Sure enough, the US founding father has yet to be proven wrong, with Activision and a dozen studios having ensured that come the tail-end of any given year, there will be a new COD ready to release. And so, what can we expect from the franchise later this year? What about 2027, 2028 or even 2030? By looking back at the past two decades of Call of Duty games, their trends, progression and regression, I believe I can predict the next 5 years worth of annual COD entries.
