Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit Remastered coming next month

Just as promised, today EA's teaser countdown ended, revealing a Need for Speed remaster. Next month, Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit Remastered will be hitting current-gen consoles and PC, promising enhanced visuals, cross-platform multiplayer and more.

The Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit remaster will include the main game and all of the DLC. You can get a quick look at the visual upgrade towards the end of the trailer below:

Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit originally released in 2010 and was the first game in the Need for Speed series created by Criterion. This isn't the first EA-Criterion remaster though, as we also saw Burnout: Paradise come to Xbox One, PS4 and the Nintendo Switch in the last year.

Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit Remastered will release on the 13th of November for Xbox One, PS4, Nintendo Switch and PC. Rumour has it, EA will also be releasing a Mass Effect trilogy remaster next year.

KitGuru Games: Predicting the Next Half a Decade of Call of Duty Releases

Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790) famously once said: “The three absolutes in life are death, taxes and a new Call of Duty coming out every single year”. Sure enough, the US founding father has yet to be proven wrong, with Activision and a dozen studios having ensured that come the tail-end of any given year, there will be a new COD ready to release. And so, what can we expect from the franchise later this year? What about 2027, 2028 or even 2030? By looking back at the past two decades of Call of Duty games, their trends, progression and regression, I believe I can predict the next 5 years worth of annual COD entries.
