Star Wars Outlaws and Red Dead 2 headline PlayStation Plus this month

Sony has announced the next wave of PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium titles for May, with Star Wars Outlaws and Red Dead Redemption 2 leading this month’s update.

Star Wars Outlaws brings Ubisoft’s open‑world scoundrel adventure to the service, letting players explore new and familiar planets while navigating the galaxy’s criminal underworld. Red Dead Redemption 2 also returns to the catalogue as a PS Plus re‑release, offering the full single‑player campaign and access to Red Dead Online. Other additions include Nordic‑inspired horror adventure Bramble: The Mountain King, the supernatural RPG The Thaumaturge, and several new action and story‑driven titles across PS5 and PS4.

Here is the full list of titles coming to PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium on May 19:

  • Star Wars Outlaws (PS5)
  • Red Dead Redemption 2 (PS4)
  • Bramble: The Mountain King (PS5, PS4)
  • The Thaumaturge (PS5)
  • Flintlock: The Siege of Dawn (PS5)
  • Broken Sword – Shadow of the Templars: Reforged (PS5, PS4)
  • Enotria: The Last Song – Standard Edition (PS5)

For PlayStation Plus Premium members, this month’s lone classic addition is Time Crisis (PS5, PS4). First released in arcades in 1995 before becoming a breakout hit on the original PlayStation, Time Crisis is best remembered for its fast‑paced light‑gun shooting, cover‑based pedal mechanic and its status as one of the defining arcade shooters of its era.

KitGuru Games: Predicting the Next Half a Decade of Call of Duty Releases

Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790) famously once said: “The three absolutes in life are death, taxes and a new Call of Duty coming out every single year”. Sure enough, the US founding father has yet to be proven wrong, with Activision and a dozen studios having ensured that come the tail-end of any given year, there will be a new COD ready to release. And so, what can we expect from the franchise later this year? What about 2027, 2028 or even 2030? By looking back at the past two decades of Call of Duty games, their trends, progression and regression, I believe I can predict the next 5 years worth of annual COD entries.
