Ubisoft’s Immortals: Fenyx Rising leaked by Microsoft Store

Ubisoft has consistently delayed a set of upcoming games over the last couple of years, with Gods & Monsters being amongst them. The title was previously announced at E3 2019 and should release before Q2 2021, although when it does arrive, the game will be shipping under a different name.

Ubisoft recently announced its next Ubisoft Forward event for the 10th of September, during which, we are expecting to see the return of ‘Gods & Monsters' for a full reveal. The Taiwan Digital Game Rating Committee has already leaked that the game's new title may be “Immortals: Fenyx Rising” and now, the Microsoft Store has also seemingly confirmed the name change.

Immortals: Fenyx Rising briefly popped up on the Microsoft Store this week, complete with a December 3rd release date for Xbox One and PC.

This game will put you in the shoes of Fenyx, a winged demigod on a quest to save the Greek gods. Along the way, you'll wield the powers of various gods, fight mythical monsters like the Cyclops or Medusa, spread across a colourful open-world that spans seven regions.

KitGuru Says: The Microsoft Store has been responsible for a few leaks recently, which is something that the company will want to clear up, particularly as it begins securing long-term partnerships for next-gen. Either way though, it looks like Ubisoft has a fun looking game heading our way in December, will any of you be picking this one up?
