Crysis Remastered PC system requirements announced

Ahead of the game's release later this month, Crytek has officially revealed the minimum and recommended PC system requirements for Crysis Remastered. The game was initially due out a couple of months ago but was delayed for further graphical improvement on PC, Xbox One and PS4. 

Crysis Remastered is set to be the first game to debut the CryEngine's software-based ray-tracing solution, which will also appear on the Xbox One X and PS4 Pro versions of the game. Full RTX support is also present on PC for hardware accelerated ray-tracing and DLSS. Other improvements include new textures, improved global illumination, better depth of field techniques and more.

So what hardware do you need to run a remastered version of Crysis? Well at minimum, you will need:

  • OS: Windows 10 64-bit
  • Processor: Intel Core i5-3450 / AMD Ryzen 3
  • Memory: 8GB
  • Storage: 20GB
  • Direct X: DX11
  • GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 Ti / AMD Radeon 470
  • GPU memory: 4GB in 1080p

As for recommended system requirements, that list includes:

  • OS: Windows 10 64-bit
  • Processor: Intel Core i5-7600k or higher / AMD Ryzen 5 or higher
  • Memory: 12GB
  • Storage: 20GB
  • Direct X: DX11
  • GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660 Ti / AMD Radeon Vega 56
  • GPU memory: 8GB in 1080p
